It is often said that low corporate turnover is the reflection of a good company. Well in 30 years our team is still here, and growing. Of our over 65 employees, we have 6 executive managers that have been with us for years and oversee our projects from start to finish. Please meet Spectrum’s team of specialists:

Tom Cella, President
Tom has 30 years experience in the construction industry. As both general manager and principal project manager, Tom has a reputation as knowledgeable, thorough, and straightforward. He personally coordinates every Spectrum project.

Chris Cella, Project Manager
Chris oversees all financial aspects of the project and the company’s human resources needs. His specialty and expertise lies in estimating, project management, and financial management.

Charlie Simpson, Project Manager
Charlie sees the elements of the project in a clear and defined way- from the concept to the completed details. As well as guiding the entire team, he also accounts for the entire project so that there are no surprises down the road.

Katrina Bochy, Operations Manager
Katrina oversees all aspects of our operations from project support to corporate management. Whether it’s a job as big as the Tattered Cover to a residential remodel she understands the position of each project while providing an additional level of quality control and personal attention our customers appreciate.

Joel Sydlow, Project Manager
Joel graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management. He is fluent in all aspects of project management from construction document to scheduling and budgets and has been involved with the construction industry for the past 11 years. Joel has extensive experience in historic preservation and restoration, specializing in historic windows and doors.

Brion Doyle, Project Manager
Brion graduated from Colorado State University with a degree in Construction Management. He spent over 7 years working for a local, affordable housing developer, with over 15 years of experience in the construction industry. Brion is well versed in all aspects of project management making him uniquely qualified in his understanding of the entire development process.
