Our principal focus is to work closely with Owners and Architects to build a project with the greatest value and craftsmanship attainable.

PROJECTS UNDER CONSTRUCTION

THE SADDLERY BUILDING

Spectrum was awarded the construction project on one of the last mercantile warehouse buildings in LoDo to be remodeled. The Saddlery Building was constructed in 1900 and new plans call for retail storefronts, 4 stories of office space, and then 2-unit luxury penthouses on top. All exposed interior masonry walls, heavy timber building, along with restoration to 156 original wooden frame windows.

EUCLID HALL

This 5,868 Larimer Square landmark building was originally Euclid Hall and over the year has taken the image for a number of different operators. Spectrum is a great fit to bring the new owner’s vision for a gourmet gastropub that brings this building back to its original architectural roots. They have launched a plan for the Euclid Hall Building that includes exposed brick & piping, barn hardware, Edison bulbs working together to showcase the authentic building structure.

ENGINE HOUSE #5

Built in 1922, this historic LoDo fire house existed as the hose-house with tower for the Denver Fire Department. This location will now become Denver architect SLATERPAUL’s headquarter offices. The building will offer all new true divided steel sash windows, converted engine bays into architectural studios with exposed masonry, and an authentic replication of the historic wooden bi-fold garage doors.
