Anson is a native of Colorado. Prior to joining Spectrum, Anson served as an owner’s representative for multiple restaurant groups in Colorado and Portland managing 10 restaurant buildouts. He has a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with an Emphasis in Operations Management from University of Colorado Leeds School of Business.
Emily is a Denver native and grew up in the heart of Washington Park. She has nine years of experience in the construction industry. Emily has proven to excel in the project management role with training and guidance. Emily is a hybrid at Spectrum; taking on projects on her own accord as well as assisting other Project Managers on Spectrum's team. She is well versed in client relations, conflict management, team-building, problem-solving, blueprint reading, and complex accounting tracking.
Graham is a native of Colorado. He received his undergraduate degree in Architectural Engineering from the University of Colorado, Boulder and his Masters of Science in Historic Preservation from the University of Colorado, Denver. He also holds a Certificate from the Lockheed Martin Engineering Management program. Graham fluidly applies his education and experience in many successful projects completed with Spectrum.
Jeff joined Spectrum in 2015. Prior he worked as an owner's representative taking pride in managing the needs of the owners with the needs of the project. Jeff received his Bachelor of Science from Northern Colorado and his Masters of Science in Real Estate and Construction Management from the University of Denver. He has worked on several LEED projects and has experience in healthcare, retail, small commercial projects, and restaurants. After restoring his own 1890 Victorian home, he found his passion rehabilitating and repurposing historic buildings.
John is a native of Colorado, born and raised in Denver. He graduated from the University of Colorado Boulder. Previously John owned and operated his own company for seven years which dealt with high end home remodel and specializing in custom design/build projects. His experience ranges from restaurants, remodels, historic renovations, to commercial retail space. John has become an asset to Spectrum and has aligned his communication skills, knowledge, and demonstrates complete follow through on all aspects of his projects.
Wade comes to Spectrum from a large commercial construction background. He has been in the Denver commercial building industry for over 20 years. Wade spent most of his career as a construction superintendent before joining the project management team. Wade has experience in tenant improvement, large building construction, including concrete, steel, and wood frame construction. He also has warranty management and preventive maintenance experience.
Chris serves as Spectrum's Senior Project Manager. His expertise lies in estimating and project management, and he provides budgeting and construction management. Chris’ construction experience allows him to serve as a mentor to the team, providing valuable knowledge to problem solve, and relationships built over 3 decades with owners, subcontractors, and employees to create the best results on all projects.
Tom serves as Spectrum's Senior Project Manager and Co-Founder. Tom is knowledgeable, thorough, and innovative. He started Spectrum General Contractors in 1978 and has been at the forefront of the city’s commercial and residential building scene ever since. Tom has served in essentially every position from Project Manager, Estimator, Superintendent, to laborer.
Brion joined Spectrum in 2003 as a Project Manager and was promoted to President in 2015. Brion personally oversees and coordinates all company projects regardless of scale. During his time here, Brion has established an extensive background in multi-family & single-family residential construction, historic projects, restaurants, adaptive re-use, ground up buildings, and commercial construction. Brion holds a degree in Construction Management from Colorado State University.
Oliver joined Spectrum in 2005 was promoted to Vice President in 2015. Oliver serves as the company’s CFO. He has an undergraduate Degree in Finance at Loyola University and Masters of Business Administration from DePaul University. With an extensive knowledge in financial securities, Oliver manages the financial aspects of the business. He maintains relationships with the banking, accounting, and bonding partners whom support Spectrum's construction projects.
