SUMMARY:
Renovation of an existing office building in the historic district downtown Golden, Colorado. The exterior improvements included the update the finish materials to eliminate the building’s low, bunker-like feel with features like the entry skylight and uplifted exposed timber structure. The interior included the demolition of a dim maze of small exam and treatment rooms and addition of a sophisticated, open, and airy office design with high-end finishes with some industrial elements custom made in the Spectrum steel shop.
