SUMMARY:
Historic Renovation of the Pearce-McCallister Cottage, a Denver and National Landmark structure comprised of a main house “The Cottage” and a carriage house. The Other Side Academy (TOSA) purchased the property from History Colorado. Scope of work includes window restoration, interior restoration, and utility upgrades. The project included the complete renovation of the 8,619 SF main house including structural floor repairs, addition of a fire sprinkler system for the new housing use, new mechanical system, renovation of all the restrooms, and new finishes throughout. The carriage house converted into an accessory dwelling unit to support the new group living in the main house.
