SUMMARY:
A new two-story ground-up construction located on South Pearl Street in Denver. The first floor is shared by two restaurants: Kizaki Denver and Margot. A shared bar and Margot’s main dining area are situated in a large, open space that connects to the neighborhood through expansive bifold windows. Kizaki is housed in an intimate Japanese inspired space, designed to accommodate the chef driven dining experience. The second floor features a private residence with rooftop terrace within the heart of one of Denver’s thriving neighborhoods.
