SUMMARY:
New construction project of a two story ground up building located on South Pearl in Denver. The first floor is shared by two restaurants: Kizaki Denver and Margot. Margot’s space is the larger volume that opens up to the neighborhood with a large bifold window. Kizaki has the more intimate spaces designed to accommodate the chef driven dining experience. The second floor is a private residence within the heart of one of Denver’s thriving neighborhoods.
