SUMMARY:
Restore the structural and design integrity of the three major historic design elements that make up part of the Park in Civic Center. This included masonry (stone, brick & paver) restoration, restore function of drinking and pool fountains, new lighting scheme (electrical work), painting, new site concrete, waterproofing, new line shaft hoist assembly, landscaping and irrigation, re-roofing, restoration or new doors and hardware, and parking lane improvements along Broadway.
