SUMMARY:
Cathedral in downtown Denver that was Constructed between 1905 and 1911 that is a classic example of Gothic Revival Style in the Capital Hill Subdivision.
2011 Scope of Work included exterior restoration, structural & electrical improvements. Structural repairs and reinforcements at ceiling of Dagwell hall and Organ/Choir Loft to allow for new organ pipes. Work completed in coordination with protection of historic finishes and on going use of occupied building.
2004 Scope of Work included SHF Project No. 00-P2-006 Historic Doors & Pew Bench Restoration
