Renovation of an existing building in the historic Larimer Square downtown Denver. Scope included demolition of various tenant finishes from the past several decades on levels 2 and 3, rehabilitation of the original staircase with new vestibule landings and skylights, new electrical service and new mechanical systems throughout.
