SUMMARY:

Renovation of the original feed and grain located along the railroad in Loveland, Colorado. Located in the heart of downtown Loveland, Artspace Feed & Grain is a creative-centric, mixed-use property that completes the Artspace Loveland Arts Campus. The restoration of the iconic building provides nine units of live/work housing for creatives and their families, along with 4,000 square feet of sustainable commercial space for creative entrepreneurs. Spectrum became part of the team along side Artspace and Ratio in saving a community’s iconic structure while addressing the need for an arts and commercial space in Loveland. Spectrum worked for several years on the project to help preserve a huge and iconic agricultural building that is now inspiring artists and entrepreneurs in the heart of Loveland.

Scope of Work: Structural, HVAC, Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Suppression, Fire Alarm, Historic Window and Door Restoration, Roofing, Siding, Finishes, Landscaping

Spectrum’s in house steel team included 12 staircases, structural reinforcement, railings, and new openings within the horizontal lumber grain bins.
