SUMMARY:
Restoration and replacement of windows and storefronts throughout Larimer Square over several phases starting in 2021 that include all the windows along the street facades, courtyards, and alleys in all 22 buildings that make up the historic Larimer Square block in downtown Denver. The buildings in scope include Euclid Hall, Miller Building, Hotel Hope, Neverland Building, Barnum Building, Mckibben Building, Wooten Building, Lincoln Hall, Kettle Arcade, Congdon Building, Keep Building, Sussex Building, Buerger Building, Looms Building, Frontenac Building, Crawford Building, Joe Replin Building, Gallop Stanbury Building, and Granite Building. Work has been completed on street facing facades and teams are working through non street facing facades and courtyards.
