SUMMARY:
An adaptive reuse project of a well known art gallery at the corner of 3rd and Fillmore in the heart of the Cherry Creek North neighborhood with an extensive addition on the west side of the property and patio on the east side along Fillmore. Work consisted of the infill of the original bungalow basements, shoring of the original structure roof and east facing facade wall and original gallery space plus the addition of a 2300 SF single level structure as the primary core and shell of the project. Build out of the restaurant consisted of the 1300 SF kitchen, sushi bar, main beverage bar, three dining rooms, restrooms and accessory storage/back of house spaces.
Spectrum’s in house carpentry team installed over 3,000 SF of walnut planks including hand scribbing walnut against the live edge stone at the sushi bar wall. The in house steel team fabricated the exterior handrailing, interior stair railing coordinating with the leather artist and four custom steel pivot doors.
